5. Refund policy

Both the Essential and Enhanced packages are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@chcappealguide.co.uk and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

6. Intellectual property

All content within the CHC Appeal Guide — including text, templates, checklists, and structure — is the intellectual property of the author. You may use the guide and its templates for your personal CHC appeal only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any part of the guide without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability
